We are proud to be part of 8912 Aseana Avenue, a two-tower office development along Aseana ave., Aseana City. 
 
In this project, we considered creating a cohesive space connecting the two lobbies and the entrance transition space resulting in a clean and sophisticated up-scale lobby that mixes both business and style. 

At the heart of the entrance lobby of 8912 Aseana, a public outdoor space was designed for the community and links the two lobbies of the buildings. The space features landscaping, seating and a warm custom wood slatted ceiling to encourage interaction. 

The public outdoor space and drop-off area of 8912 Aseana was designed to be complementary to the architectural aesthetic. The dynamic geometry of paths and ceilings have multiple layers of overhead lighting in between.​

Innovative approaches to illumination were coordinated to provide accent lighting, including landscaping and integrated strips of light in the wood seating elements.​
