In celebration of their 30 years of operation, the family business moves out of their old office space to a new one, signifying their growth and success.

The challenge here was to plan an office that is open and simultaneously has different zones and spaces with more privacy.

Arranged by department, the plan incorporates less cluttered zones (printing, meetings, co-working spaces) and intelligently designed sightlines in consideration of all the operations and how people work with each other. Located at the outer edges of the plan are the private offices, offering a clear view of the workplace for better supervision and transparency.

As a whole, this creates a flexible and collaborative office environment for the company moving forward.
