The project is centered around the community and was largely based on user activity. Located in a historic district where roads meet at Monumento, the concept therefore evolved into a diminutive version of the Filipino Town Center.

Vertical elements in the central space emphasize scale and height, guiding the observer's gaze towards the skylight. This allows the natural light to provide the users dynamic lighting experiences throughout the day.

As part of the Filipino Town Center, a "pamilihan" is defined by hanging latticework to provide space below for a "tindahan", which translates to a marketplace or a small shop.
