Bus transportation is one of the primary modes of transport in the country. Victory Liner’s Cubao terminal exemplifies the company’s success in the industry and its significance to the community. This project challenged Spacefabrik to develop a master plan to renovate and enhance the entire complex, aligning it with the company’s vision for the future of the business and the industry. The complex integrates their core services, including bus transportation and courier services.

Taking these factors into account, Spacefabrik focused on improving the efficiency of transactions and movement, ensuring a smooth flow of pedestrian and vehicular traffic while enhancing customer comfort and aligning with the company’s branding. One of the primary challenges was to renovate the complex without interrupting their ongoing operations. Ultimately, Spacefabrik succeeded in realizing the company’s vision, creating a space worthy of a cultural icon like the Cubao Terminal.
