In line with the company's green vision for the future, an important consideration for this office building is its sustainability. Green features like aluminum louvers and the perforated facade function as sun shading devices that also allow for natural ventilation. In adapting to nature, simple design strategies can often be the most effective.

From the vegetation and greenery that softens the building's industrial character, to rough textures against streamlined lines, our challenge was to find the balance between different ideas, ensuring the coherence of the parts to a whole. Part of the design process was curating the proportion and scale of contrasting elements to maintain visual harmony. In line with this, the development of innovation and advancement while still preserving the brand's heritage elements communicates the intent to uphold the company's integrity as they venture to new horizons.

The facade treatment for this office building takes inspiration from patterns of the north and traditional weaving. The company values its heritage connection to the regional cultures of the northern Philippines, and the concept to give tribute to its roots is highlighted through this architectural feature.

It's also important for an office landscape to be attuned to the internal patterns of communication and operation within the organization. For this project, gathered data and feedback from the client led to spatially generous, open plan set-ups of workstations and meeting areas, as well as areas arranged for specific functions. This congruence between users and their environment can positively affect the productivity of a company and the well-being of its employees.
