The project's design brief was simple and direct. It required for a simple, cost-effective space to benefit the citizens of Valenzuela.

Taking into account the scale, proportion, and various design elements woven into a coherent whole, the aim was for the users to be able to experience the space through the ceiling's dynamic graphic pattern and effective lighting strategy, creating an understated yet sophisticated space.
