Xendit is a young and dynamic multinational tech company looking to expand its business in the country. Spacefabrik designed their Manila head office to reflect the company's vision and culture, catering to young professionals working in a hybrid office environment. The space includes various areas that promote collaboration and creative thinking, such as community spaces, private offices, and breakout areas. The design also creatively addresses the challenges posed by the existing facilities left by the previous tenant, while providing opportunities for future expansion.
