The Z House was designed for a Filipino family returning from abroad, focusing on understanding and interpreting the client's needs. Located in one of Manila’s exclusive subdivisions, Spacefabrik blended the traditional Italian aesthetics established by the developer with the functionality and tastes desired by the client. While this design may not follow the conventional style we typically pursued, its success lies in the deep understanding of the client's needs, which transcends the limitations of set aesthetics.
