The New Royce Hotel and Casino is envisioned to be the premier destination for Gaming, Recreation and Entertainment in Region 3. The Resort Entertainment Complex shall contain a mix of activities catered to the Local Market and shall consider the growth of Clark with the planned expansion and utilization of the International Airport.
